How long will it take to deliver my t-shirt?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 days of receiving them. We then send this via Royal Mail, This service traditionally takes 2-4 working days. If you'd like the t-shirt(s) quicker, please contact us here and we'll talk to you about this.
If my T-shirt is faulty, can I return it?
Of course you can. We take pride in our quality control, so this will be an unlikely event. If however you receive a faulty t-shirt, please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement immediately.
How do I know shopping online is safe at b-unique?
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All data is protected using the most advanced methods available.
We do not store financial information like credit card numbers or personal information like social security numbers on this site

We hand over our orders to PayPal for transaction on a secure server. For more information on PayPal’s security please visit their site here!
Can I order outside the UK?
At present we only ship to countries within the European Union. If you live outside of the United Kingdom, you will need to contact us here for delivery details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use PayPal as our payment partner, and therefore offer payment by Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit, American Express and Solo. If you have a Paypal account you can also pay by all the methods detailed by Paypal. You do not need a PayPal account to use your credit/debit card for payment on there site, but if you would like to sign up for free please click here.
We do accept payment by cheque, but require clearance before items will be dispatched. Please contact us here if you wish to pay by cheque.
